How to use the packs & doses


Green Pack: 1-3 times a day

Red Pack: 1-2 times a day

Brown Pack: 1-2 times a day

Usage Cycle

Green Pack: 2/3 months on then 7/10days off

Red Pack: 5/6 weeks on then 10-14 days off

Brown Pack: 2/3 months on then 7/10 days off 


Start with a heaped teaspoon. After a while you may increase your dosage to a tablespoon if a higher dosage works best for you.

Green/Red pack:
Mix a spoonful of powder in a small glass of warm water. Warm water is optimal but cold can be used. Can also add a spoonful to smoothies if preferred. Natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup can be added to enhance taste. 

Brown pack:
Can be used as a protein shake or hot chocolate. Add a scoop to your shake or for a hot beverage add a spoonful of powder to warm milk (plant based or dairy) for a creamy hot chocolate. Due to it being an all natural powder with no artificial sweeteners or ingredients it is advised to add a spoonful of sugar or preferred sweetener of your choice & enjoy.
